Wow 5 months since I last got on here, really? I guess life in our house just got to crazy. I will try to sum it up lol. We had an awesome summer. My 85 year old grandfather spent 2 weeks with us and kept both boys entertained. We spent some of our summer up in Minnesota with my wonderfully beautiful twin sister and my gorgeous nieces. We also spent some time in with our Illinois family, some of who I had never meet before. We spent my birthday weekend at a beautiful resort in Orlando. All in all it was a very nice summer and now we are back to the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
My sweet 5 yr old has entered kindergarten and seems to be adjusting well. He is still to scared to get in the car line in the mornings so I have to walk him in. Even though some people think I should make him go in alone, I know all to soon he will be to old for me to walk him in so I am enjoying it while I can. I am excited about the fact that our youngest is finally talking way more! Both his speech and occupational therapist say he is doing excellent. I am pretty sure he will need to continue Speech since he still has a lot of jargon( their words not mine), but OT will probably be done soon. His sensory issues are becoming very manageable and I have learned a lot on how to continue helping him. I am so glad we found out about Early Steps, which is early intervention. Well, that about wraps it up with me. Hopefully I will post again long before 5 months from now :)
