Beautiful Day Out

Today I had to take advantage of how nice it is outside and took Nick on a long walk around the neighborhood. I would have like to go a little further but he was ready for his nap. So I completed my workout for the day and now my legs feel like jelly. I am sitting here watching tomorrow's workout thinking how in the heck am I going to do that? Lol I did have to skip a ply o metric workout last week because 1. I have no idea what that means and 2. It had movement's I have never tried. Last thing I want to do is hurt myself. I am half way through my 90 day Hasfit challenge and I have to say most days I enjoy it. I try to keep my steps at 10,000 or more but sometimes that requires me to walk in place at the end of the night. I figure at least I am getting them. I would like to work towards walking 3 miles a day. I don't always have time for that but I want to try. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" Philippians 4:13.

Rainy Day

I have been bad about blogging daily. I just finished my workout for today and I am not sure I pushed my self to the limit like I should have. It was kickboxing and I am not that great at it. I wanted to go for a long walk but it is raining. I am on week 5 of the exercise, week 2 of my diet, and starting the 2nd week of my phentermine. I was really hoping to have lost more than 2 pounds but it is what it is. On a brighter note I am able to put on the size 16 jeans I have not fit into for almost a year. They are still snug but they fit :). As far as the diet I have cut out almost all sugar and carbs. I have a small amount of fruit each day and I did have fat free pudding last night. I am also trying really hard to eat veggies which I have never been a fan of. I am also making sure I get to 10,000 steps each day, which sometimes means I have to walk in place while waiting for my 5 yr old to fall asleep. I really hope that I can get to my first goal by summer which is 20 to 30lbs. I feel like I am work hard and haveing the same results as when I was not trying. I guess if it did not take me a month to put on it may not take a month to take off. This will take lots of prayer and hard work. :). Now I am off to clean while I watch Horders in the background. Nothing motivates me more than those shows lol.

Back in the Saddle

 After 2 weeks+ of bronchitis, I finally got the strength to exercise yesterday. I was able to do low impact for 20 min with min able coughing. I did 15 min of the Wii just dance in the evening with the boys and thought I was going to pass out lol. My lungs are slowly getting better. Today I started my prescription of  Phen and so far I have a little more energy than normal. I have cleaned most the house and it is not yet noon. We shall see. I am not a fan of taking mess but working out and eating right were not giving me much results.I am truly hoping that I can loose at least 30 then get off of it and loose the rest on my own. I am trying to do a low carb diet and cut out sugar. If I can keep it out of the house maybe I will succeed lol. Well, I am off to finish housework before my little monster wakes up and destroys it lol.
